Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?", enter your email and you'll receive a verification code. Enter the code and choose a new password.
I signed in with Google — can I set a password?
Yes. Open Profile → Security and set a password. You'll then be able to sign in with either Google or email + password.
I didn't receive my verification code
Check your spam folder. Codes can take a minute to arrive. You can request a new one with "Resend code". If it still doesn't arrive, contact us.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions to change or cancel your StallFix plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and tap "Delete account" at the bottom. This permanently removes your account and all of your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Does my data sync between devices?
Yes. As long as you're signed in, your profile, workouts, body-weight log and templates are securely synced to the cloud and restored when you sign in on another device.
Is the AI advice safe to follow?
AI recommendations are informational only and don't replace professional guidance. Always consult a doctor or qualified trainer before starting a new program.
