1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using StallFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

StallFix is a fitness app that lets you track your workouts and receive AI-generated training recommendations. It also offers optional paid subscriptions with additional features.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials with others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the app or its backend.

5. AI-generated content

Recommendations provided by the AI are for informational purposes only and do not replace advice from a doctor or qualified trainer. Always consult a health professional before starting any training program. You use the app and follow its suggestions at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions

Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrea Nardelli is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
