1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using StallFix ("the app") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use StallFix. By using the app you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. The service

StallFix is a fitness app that lets you log workouts, track your progress and receive AI-generated guidance on training, mesocycles and nutrition. Available features may vary by plan (Free, Pro, Elite).

4. Account, sign-in and guest mode

You can use the app as a guest (without an account) or create an account via email/password, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. In guest mode your data stays only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or switch devices.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose; (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the security, integrity or availability of the app or its backend; (d) upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others (including images of other people without their consent).

6. AI features and health disclaimer

The advice, training plans, mesocycles, photo analyses and nutrition plans generated by the AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, nor do they replace a professional's opinion. They may contain inaccuracies. Always consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting any training program or diet, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant. You rely on such guidance at your own risk.

7. Content and image analysis

Photos you upload for physique analysis are sent to the AI provider solely to produce the result and are not stored on our servers. You must not upload nudity, sexual content, images of minors, or images of people who have not consented. The app may refuse to analyse unsuitable images.

8. Subscriptions, renewal and payments

StallFix offers paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) billed monthly or yearly through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime from App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Price changes are subject to your consent in accordance with the store's rules.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the "StallFix" name, the design, the text and the software are owned by or licensed to Andrea Nardelli and are protected by applicable law. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide the service.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrea Nardelli is not liable for any injury, data loss, or direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content, including AI-generated content.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Profile section. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or the service is misused.

13. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the app and update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Andrea Nardelli regarding the app.
